Shark Tank Businesses That Continued Without a Deal
What happened after DoorBot, Kodiak, The Bouqs Company and Coffee Meets Bagel left without accepted on-air deals, including Ring's 2018 acquisition by Amazon.
What happened to the businesses that left Shark Tank without a deal? DoorBot became Ring and was acquired by Amazon. Kodiak and The Bouqs Company still have products to order, and Coffee Meets Bagel still directs people to its dating app. Their later histories give you more to go on than the ending of the episode.
Leaving without an accepted on-air deal can mean that no offer was made or that a founder declined the terms offered. An offer accepted on television that later falls through is a different outcome. The four businesses below are recorded in this index as leaving without an accepted deal.

DoorBot became Ring
Jamie Siminoff brought his DoorBot video doorbell to Season 5 and left without an accepted deal. The company later became Ring. In April 2018, Amazon and Ring announced that Amazon's acquisition of the business was complete.
Amazon's announcement describes a relationship that began in 2016 through its Alexa Fund, followed by the acquisition two years later. It says Ring would continue under its own brand. That gives DoorBot's later history a concrete milestone: a completed acquisition, several years after the pitch.

Kodiak and The Bouqs continued selling
Kodiak Cakes left its Season 5 pitch without an accepted deal. Its current catalog includes pancake and waffle mixes, oatmeal and snack bars, with links to online shopping and a store finder. If you remember the pancake mix from the episode, the catalog lets you choose a flavor and format from what the brand offers now.
The Bouqs Company also left Season 5 without an accepted deal. Its website now offers flower delivery and recurring subscriptions. If you're ordering flowers, enter the destination and choose a delivery date before settling on a bouquet, because the available delivery options depend on where and when you need it.

Coffee Meets Bagel continued as a dating app
Coffee Meets Bagel, the dating business founded by three sisters, left its Season 6 appearance without an accepted deal. The company continues to direct people to its app through its official website.
The site provides separate download links for the United States and Canada and for the rest of the world. Follow the link for your region if you want to try the service.

Follow the business beyond the episode
These are different kinds of later outcomes. Ring has a documented acquisition. Kodiak and The Bouqs have current catalogs, while Coffee Meets Bagel has an app to download. Each has a different next step if you want to follow it now.
Open a company entry below to revisit its pitch and follow its current product or service. For DoorBot, look for the Ring name when following the later history. For the other three, their official sites provide the next step: breakfast products, flower delivery or the dating app.
