Product Update
Is BeatBox Beverages Still in Business? (2026 Update)
Is BeatBox Beverages from Shark Tank still around in 2026? Its on-air agreement, what happened afterward, and current ordering options.
Yes. BeatBox is still an active drinks brand, and its story now includes a completed majority acquisition by AB InBev. The brand's official site lists its flavors and directs buyers to a Find Near You page. Its separate merchandise shop should not be confused with a place to order the alcoholic drinks.

The Shark Tank offer
Brad Schultz, Aimy Steadman and Justin Fenchel pitched BeatBox in Season 6, Episode 6, which aired October 24, 2014. They asked for $200,000 for 10% and accepted Mark Cuban's on-air offer of $1 million for 33%.
The offer was five times their requested amount and involved a much larger ownership stake. Those terms describe the televised agreement. They do not establish Cuban's current ownership or how much he received from the later sale.
What changed in 2026
AB InBev's financial report for the six months ended June 30, 2026 states that it acquired 85% of BeatBox on February 27, 2026, from Future Proof Brands LLC. It records a total purchase price of $493 million.
This is a completed transaction reported in a corporate filing, rather than the earlier announcement of an expected acquisition. The filing also describes arrangements that may result in AB InBev buying the remaining 15%, with a call option exercisable from 2030 through 2032. It does not say that full ownership has already happened.
The $493 million figure is the transaction price for the acquired 85% stake. It does not disclose BeatBox's annual revenue, its value today, or Cuban's individual proceeds.

What buyers will find now
BeatBox's current lineup includes fruit-flavored alcoholic drinks, with product information on its official site. Its FAQ distinguishes wine-based and malt-based versions and lists ingredients, so check the actual package rather than assuming every version has the same formulation.
The site directs shoppers toward local availability and separates that from merchandise such as clothing. A brand website being active does not mean it ships alcohol to every address, and the presence of a store locator does not guarantee a particular flavor is on a retailer's shelf.

Where to buy BeatBox
Use BeatBox's Find Near You page to look for a local seller, then confirm the flavor and package with that retailer. For delivery, check the seller's coverage and age-verification requirements before placing an order. The next step is choosing a licensed seller that serves your location, not following an unverified Amazon search.
